InHerBody Community

For women living with PCOS, endometriosis and other hormonal conditions. Increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting informed conversations around women's health.

Shared Knowledge

To improve awareness and reduce misinformation around hormonal disorders

Low awareness and widespread misinformation around hormonal disorder conditions mean many women do not understand what these conditions are, how they affect the body, or how they show up beyond fertility. As a community, knowledge is built collectively, using lived experience and open discussion to clarify what is often misunderstood, oversimplified, or ignored in mainstream conversations about women’s hormonal health.

Community Support

To reduce the stigma and silence around women’s health

Stigma around women’s health often leads to dismissal, silence, and isolation, making many women feel unheard or discouraged from speaking about their experiences. As a community, support means listening, validating experiences, and creating a culture where women’s health concerns are taken seriously rather than dismissed as normal or exaggerated.

Community-Led Action

To contribute collectively to awareness, discussion, and solutions

There is a broader gap in meaningful contributions and actions around women’s hormonal health. As the community grows, shared voices, skills, experiences, and perspectives are brought together to strengthen conversations, and contribute to discussions, research, activities, and solution-oriented thinking and implementations around hormonal health. This includes contributing to prevention, management, and long-term approaches through community-led efforts, rather than relying on individual responsibility or isolated action.

Driven By Community

InHerBody is a shared support community where women make sense of hormonal health together. The focus is on hormonal disorders like PCOS and endometriosis, and how they affect women’s lives beyond fertility. InHerBody is not a medical service or clinic. It’s a space for shared support and conversations.

Joining the waitlist means you’ll be contacted personally and invited into the community when onboarding opens.
